PS5 Madden 26 SuperStar mode still not working

I download the latest update version 1.009.000 and I am still getting error massage coming up when I try to play the superstar mode. Here I am going on a month not being able to play that mode I done...

I just spoken to tech support and all they tell me that they are working on it and to be patient and they don't know anything more
