Superstar Chapter: Hall of Famer Bugged?

I've run into an issue where I cannot seem to progress through the chapters anymore, or maybe just wondering if this is the end and there's any kind of progression? I've completed the requirements, and have even played an additional season, yet this never goes away. This a bug, or am I just missing something?
