Superstar Draft Process

I just got the game and im having this same issue. I uploaded my character from CFB (a QB) and i havent been able to play. Once I create the player it gets stuck on the loading screen so I force quit the app. when I come back in it either doesn't let me enter with an "Error (263)" or it just wont let me join the combine. I did have success doing it with a runing back build but I thought the issue was fixed, deleted the RB and went back to the QB. Now, no matter what I can't play Superstar. I have deleted the import file and reimported it several times, I have tried reparing the game directly through the EA Launcher, deleted and redownloaded the game, tried making a QB without importing and tried making different players since the RB and still nothing.
