Superstar Glitch

I made it all the way to the playoffs and then I went to go back into Superstar mode like I always do and next game and everything is gone. It went from showing my best game to - Jump Ball Challenge, Practice, Showdown Ranked, and Play a Friend. 
I tried deleting and starting over and the same thing happened again. 
what do I do? How do I get back to my career? Coaches and connections are still there in my sphere of influence
