Same exact issue same exact error, haven't been able to access Superstar mode for 2-3 months only play this game mode & franchise mode don't give a bleep about microtransactions mode mut or hth. Talked to 20 representatives from EA & everyone of em said its on their side but there is nothing they can do about it but transfer to advance technical department team to patch that was almost 3 months ago. They don't care cus not making $.
