Superstar Mode Error

Been weeks and I, along with many others cannot play Superstar mode. You've gone silent with no updates. How freaking long does it take to "look into it." Definitely didn't take this long for the money to come out my account. Honestly with the product you guys been pushing out the last few years this is probably my fault. I should have known better. Just give me the **bleep** full game I paid for.
