Superstar mode gameplay bug

i was playing superstar mode as a QB and it was the last game of the regular season for my player on the LA Rams. the whole was a close game the whole time but close to the end, the score was 41-38 and the game gave me one last drive to score and win the game with just more than 3 minutes left on the clock. in this moment my team had ran out of timeouts and had started on own 20. the clock had reached under 30 seconds and i had clicked triangle to hurry up the offense downfield before the clock runs out but it didn’t register that button. it had the whole offense go into spike mode which was fine with me because the clock was running and i didn’t have any timeouts. but goes back to what i said, i didn’t click for a spike i wanted no huddle. so as both sides of the balls got set, i tried to click X to hike the ball but it didn’t work. i kept clicking it but nothing happens. EA please do something about this because that whole game was a good game but in the end i had a chance to win but this bug happened to me. that shouldn’t be a problem overall in the game. any snap regular, no huddle, or spike should work regardless if someone clicked it or mistakenly clicked it. in this case i didn’t click it but the game registered as if i did.
