Superstar not working
Anyone receiving an error after the new update when trying to load up superstar?

It has been about a week that I've been unable to play Superstar Mode. The ERROR message:
An error has occurred. Please try again.
Has been occurring. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, and it still won't let me play. Internet connection is no issue. Turning off the device properly, and unplugging it for 30 seconds doesn't help. I'm still getting daily adds when I turn on the game, pushed through.
I’ve been having the same exact issue. I’ve done all of the above troubleshooting including uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help with this issue. I’m on Xbox
Same issue im done buying this game they are **bleep** at least 2k trys to listen to what we say and fix it…bet we all gon be locked outta superstar mode till the next update i wish u could get your money back for the game why i pay for a game i can only play 2 outta the 3 modes
I’m locked outta using any other character except QB. So annoying.
IDK WHAT I DID IF I DID ANYTHING. All I know is I was seeing if I could change his uniform for the league and it wasn’t letting me change anything of course. I go back and just give it a try for the F of it. Somehow by Gods grace it let me change back to my other characters. As of 10 minutes ago I’m still so relieved. Get it together EA MY GOODNESS.
