Why cant you play as a women

According to USA today 47% of NFL fans are women, thats nearly half. if you look at a sport like baseball the percentage of female fans is around 39%, With the NBA its 39% and the WNBA its around 44%...

There are female coach models in 26 saw them on Franchise mode.
