26 suck can I get a refund

What a Fing JOKE!! Limiting refunds to select merchants should be illegal. As a community we should look into this infair business practice. 

"In California, if a retailer has a limited or "no refund" policy, they must display a clear and conspicuous sign to inform customers. Failure to do so means the retailer must still honor return requests."

I don't recall seing any sign about my purchase being "no refund policy" my receipt doesn't mention it. And I can find it in game (which would be a violation as one would have to purchase the game to be informed of the policy).  Sounds like a class action suit to me.

California is the most populated state in the US. How many people are being denied their legal right to a refund?

This is my request for a refund. The game is clearly broken in many facets and doesn't meet the consumer expectations nor the promoted game play marketed by EA.
