Lag/stutter
Is anyone suddenly lagging on pc playing online? Every play im stuttering, started within a week and im pretty sure its not on my end. Lags right after the play develops. So far i updated all my drivers, repaired and then reinstalled the game, cleared ea app cash, set to borderless windowed mode, capped and played on all fps settings, vsync is off, on field feedback is off. Not sure whats going on, I dont think everyone is lagging cause of servers? Hardware is not an issue, all other games run fine.
Madden NFL 26 Switch 2 Update
Hey Madden fans! Madden NFL 26 on Nintendo Switch 2 has recently received an update. A new Performance mode has been added, giving you the option to prioritize smoother gameplay with improved frame rate while playing in handheld mode. You can also continue to play in Visual mode for the standard experience. Check the Graphics option under Settings to try it out!Rushing Record Breaker and Passing Record Breaker not working.
EA_Kent i don't if anyone is gonna read this, but the reason these trophies/achievements are not working is because the Yardage tracker in franchise mode stops tracking yardage after reaching about 1,023 yards, effectively preventing the trophies/achievements from unlocking, can you guys maybe try to fix the yardage tracker before abandoning this game? Ea aye bro I want u to look at this picture and tell me what wrong with it no matter of fact let me tell u what’s wrong I’m doing a Franchise specifically controlling a player on the offensive side of the ball so I’m not controlling my defense so tell me how in the world when I look to see how we lost in the last 2 minutes how did the panthers have :20 secs on a 2nd & 7 on the 37 yard line they run the ball for a 4 yard gain how did they then the next play get spotted inside to 10 yard line to win the game HOW the previous play was a 4 yard game on 2nd & 7 it should be 3rd & 3 and they should’ve been scrambling to get a Hail Mary off I just got cheated out of a game EADefense
It would out standing if there was a way that we could save our adjusted defense and set it as an Audible. For instance we have to do all these adjustments when the offense quick hikes and we are vulnerable to unwanted user switching at the snap taking us out of position or leaving a specific route open that we have to guard with our user. Having the ability as a defender to just call a play where everyone is already in position and don't have to manually do it everytime keeps an even playing field. Especially for the no huddle players. Also, I would like to suggest a 2 min pause timer instead of just 2 pauses per half. It gives us a chance to fix our depth chart without feeling rushed. I been playing ultimate team been in some close games and to lose by field goal and the 3 yard line is pretty pathetic and this game alone is mess up on field goals even if you did the meter right. And what's the point of having a good field goal kicker when he miss most of the time. I tell you something else I have a 99 Calvin Johnson and 99 Lamar Jackson I threw the ball to Calvin Johnson which he was wide open and he drops the pass a freaking 99 come on EA y'all need to do better than this!!!🤬🤬🤬🤦💯 (cm edit updated title for vis)Defense Shading Still Leaving Corners Open
If I shade outside with a guy on 99 man 99 speed 99 acc why is the corner still open man like come on this is wild please make the game better this isn’t fair man like wow abilities not even working no drop passes from immediate catch tackles and I didn’t get my cpu dcr for completing 10 games this is wild smh please man (Cm edit updated title for vis)
MADDEN 26-27 IMPROVEMENT IDEAS
This is a thread I wanted to start so everyone on here can have their ideas seen and heard by EA_Shepard and other EA Staff while also having a single, organized place to share them. This in turn makes it easier to read and organize these thoughts in order to pass on to dev teams. Please be respectful and feel free to put down anything you would want to see in a coming update or in newer games to come. I'll start by adding these ideas: Downloadable Rosters & Draft Classes from past years for nostalgic Franchises. Customizable Divisions and Schedules like what is found in CFB (Great for Fantasy). Reincluding the option of Coaching Legends for Coach Mode (Also Great for Fantasy). Possibly reinclude custom facial uploads for custom coaches in Coach Mode. Revamped and reincluded Player/Owner Modes. - Ultimately to summarize this: For Owner Mode, I'd like to see Team Builder tied more exclusively to a new version of this where customization of everything from the ground up is key for the most customizable experience ever. For Player Mode, I'd like what little works well within Superstar to be tied to a new, revamped Player Mode, where the storylines and cutscenes are more included here, and less in other modes. This would include being able to choose an existing player within a franchise, and focus exclusively on their career; OR, create a new player and start as you would within Superstar. I'd like to see Team Builder weaved into relocation for all online modes and somehow introduced into offline. Inclusion of holding the L2/LT to Switch Stick to minimize switching by accident, especially while trying to pass rush. Include more cities and teams for Relocation. Cities where franchises already exist like Miami, LA, or Detroit, as well as new ones like Boston, Phoenix, or Birmingham. More Stadium options for Relocation. Reinclude Build a Stadium within Team Builder. I'm talking from scratch...not just editing the field. Reinclude the ability to edit and create more custom uniform combinations. Within the Edit Rosters section of the Creation Center, more flexibility to edit a player's contract, abilities, etc, would be nice. Better Training Camp - Introduce some ability to gain physical STR, SPD, AGI, COD, by introducing some of the game found in Superstar like the 3Cone, Weightlifting, 40YD, etc. - This is where mini-games shine. Make games open for more players to train and have them more focused on gaining skill points and less on XP and Rookie Reps. This is a great way to help maintain the physical ability of Vets, or take your high-level Superstars to the next level. Revamp Weekly Training - Make this less focused on mini-games and tie it more to Practice Mode and gaining XP/Rookie Reps. The way the have Wear & Tear worked into this is nice; Now just optimize it. Optimize Coach Central and Coaching Abilities. - It's a bit to type but my thoughts on this can be found in my "M26 Franchise Feedback thread" thread. I feel that's a pretty good start for now. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone that reads and I look forward to seeing more thoughts and ideas shared here!Why can we not get nfl dna
I dont understand why we cannot at this point in madden download Nfl players dna like 2k does and have players that look like past legends or players me and all other fans would live this you have it in madden ultimate team so you cant say it cannot be done i dont understand why i cannot. Play as my favorite players in my franchise mode etc yeah i can create them hut fact is i should be able to download and use players that look just like past players body style and all its already in the game just your not able to do this i rly dont understand youve been making this game for decades and havent made this a feature completely disappointing tbh. This is a feature that absolutely needs to be added in future maddens and take more time and add more depth and creativity to franchise mode between generated players and all that you have no idea how much fans and players would love this rating would increase and more ppl would buy esp full price all in all love the gameplay and game but your lacking on content we all want and should already have js… this is. A big reason why i never buy madden until its on sale add these things and ill buy at launch
Fast Forward Mode?
Ever since the PS5 update, the game has become unfu*king playable. It's in fast forward mode. Why did you do this? I paid for the game and I'd like to play it but it's fast forwarded. It's impossible to play like this. It's at least twice as fast as it was. It feels like a cartoon. I paid you real money, I'd like to play the real game. Please fix this.I'm so freaking tired of this game!!!
What's the point of have high rating players? Still dropping the ball. I have a pretty good team still getting shut out it doesn't make sense. Whoever is on y'all staff needs to be fired because Madden sucks! I spent a lot of money especially for the ultimate team and it doesn't do any good. I was Madden didn't have the license to football base on things that I see. I had stop playing Madden many years ago it seems like it gets terrible every year. Dear staff at EA: I am reaching out not just as a voice for myself, but as a voice for all the trophy hunters out here. We are desperately waiting for you to fix these glitched trophies. I have been a Madden supporter for many years. And I've enjoyed going back to college football and I also got back into Battlefield. You guys do make great games, and I've loved supporting your games. But this is getting to the point you are going to lose a chunk of your player base if you do not make these trophies attainable. Your attention to this game...these trophies, will affect not only my decision making on purchasing games in the future, but it will be the same for many others. If you are not willing to fix trophies for this game now, will it be like this in the future for a different game? There are two reasons I play games. 1) fun with my friends and 2) trophies. I strive for both, because I am proud of earning trophies and showing off my platinums. There are many others like me, and we love playing your games, but I am hoping you see our view on this and repair these broken trophies for us. I plead to you, as the voice for many other gamers, please fix these two trophies and make the platinum attainable. Please show us that you care for us trophy hunters and our reward to you for doing so will be continued support for more of your games.EA Server/Madden 26 keeps crashing on me!
I'm not at all a good Madden player so I have to grind playing the CPU events. I just suck when it comes to H2H. I've been trying to complete the Sugar Rush: Air Raid (CPU), but EA just keeps crashing on me! It's already happened twice today and I lose my progress and forced to start all over. It's bad enough that I have to endure the time consuming 4 min quarters and to have to do it over and over again??? Get your act together EA!!!! It's the same thing every year with you guys!!! Contacted EA live advisor and the advisor was the one telling me to put a complaint here in this forum. Why can't they just fix and compensate for the time and effort I've been putting into the game. They're the ones that messing up with the connection. EA tries to put it on me and my connection. Tells me to do some troubleshooting and that should fix it. Maybe it may fix it, but troubleshooting ain't bringing back my progress and lost rewards because of EA's connectivity issues!!!! I'm stupid for continuing to allow EA to do this to me year in and year out, but hey, I love Madden and I love football. I just hope that EA will do the right thing and compensate for all the lost rewards from the dropped connections. I know I'm not the only one having this issues. Just look at all the other complaints in the forum. Make it right, EA!!!!!Game Crash and lost progress!
This game is so annoying! I was on 9/10 of the CPU Sugar Rush Event. I loaded into my final game and before I even got in my game crashes and it counts it as a loss! The CPU games are always like 100-0 and it takes so long! Can we have like 2 min quarters for these stupid CPU events?!? Now I have to restart!! This is so ridiculous.Madden 26
Oh my what a terrible game. Just showing us every year ea how bad yall are at your jobs, and how little you know of the actual game of football. Just embarrassing, u get a year to make the same game just gotta update the roster, make a couple new promos but there all the same. the challenges could be the exact same and no one would care. somehow it just gets worse and worse the more technology advances. for the greater good i suggest u guys clean house and start over.
