Madden classic nfl teams mode I think Madden should add a classic nfl teams mode similar to the Classic Teams feature in NBA 2K. The idea would be to let players choose specific NFL teams from different seasons and play with the rosters from that era. For example: — 2007 New England patriots tom Brady, Randy Moss, Wes Welker 2018 kansas city chiefs — Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce 2013 seattle seahawks — Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, Legion of Boom 2000 baltimore ravens — Ray Lewis and their legendary defense 1985 chicago bears — Walter Payton and the famous 46 defense 1999 St. Louis rams — Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Isaac Bruce Players could play classic vs classic , Classic vs. Current teams, or use classic teams in an offline tournament. It would also be awesome to have the correct uniforms, player ratings, equipment, playbooks, and even the style of football from each era. I think this would give Madden a huge replay-ability boost because fans could finally answer questions like: NBA 2K has shown how fun historical teams can be. I think Madden could do the same for NFL history. Please consider adding a Classic NFL Teams mode in a future Madden game!Just a little idea for super sim
Playing a whole Madden game is fun but yes it does get boring sometimes so I like to play the moment - especially when I’m doing a rebuild in franchise and I’ve just got these new players but I don’t wanna play full drives. I just wanna play the important moments, but I’ve come to realize that sometimes I don’t really like playing defense because it is pretty difficult and I wanna play offense, but I don’t wanna play all the offensive moments so I was wondering if some feature could be an option under play the moment to be able to play offensive or defensive moments ? I don’t know it just sounds cool or at least more fun.Madden 27 Franchise Mode Wishlist
I feel like there is no hope for Madden 26 Franchise Mode and wanted to share how Madden 27 can improve and fix this year's mistakes: Bring back owner mode or at least call it myGM mode and allow us to fire/hire head coaches again. Update the scouting system to be similar to College Football where we have scouting hours and able to actually uncover development traits, ratings, etc.. Ability to override retirements (I'm tired of updating ages, making multiple saves in hopes that someone doesn't retire) and retired players can come back as coaches like Madden 04 This may be me, but can we please have a select all button when starting an offline franchise. I waste so much time every year creating a new coach for each team. Offseason rule/league changes similar to NBA 2K. Allow us to expand the NFL to 40 teams if we want, change divisions, add an extra game, etc.... Can we please get real coordinaters in the NFL. Fix the recap show or scrap it, it felt like it was rushed this year just so people stop asking for it. The biggest thing I'm asking for is more emersion and control. We used to have it and y'all took it away. There's a reason people still yearn for the ole days of Madden 04 and NFL 2K5.Franchise mode
Things that need fixing ai already up in your face before you can get a play action pass off can’t scramble or move without the ai already being in your face can’t use max protection for nothing or get any block on offense ai already around man and in your face defense can cover whatever but user get the we don’t get to cover defenders at all they still catch everything and especially underneath when you have defenders there catch blow right pass user on defenseI have a super cool madden 27 franchise idea: Film study
I think Franchise Mode could use a Weekly Film Study feature that makes scouting and football IQ actually matter during games. Each week, you get a different film-study situation based on your upcoming opponent, such as 3rd & Long, Red Zone, 2-Minute Drill, Short Yardage, 1st & 10, etc. You would watch 3–5 short clips from that team’s recent games and try to identify a tendency. For example, a 3rd & Long study might show that when the offense lines up in Pistol, they usually run Inside Zone, but when the TE motions across the formation, they heavily favor Play Action. After watching the clips, you’d choose from several possible tendencies. If you’re correct, you gain that information as a scouting advantage for the upcoming game. If you’re wrong, you don’t get the advantage. Then, when that situation happens during the actual game, the existing coaching/adaptive AI system could give you a Film Study notification such as: “We’ve seen this tendency before: TE motion → Play Action 80% of the time. Consider protecting against the pass.” You still have to make the decision yourself; the game isn’t automatically stopping the play for you. The CPU should also be able to do this against the player. If you develop predictable tendencies throughout the season, opposing teams could recognize them and adjust. The goal is to make Franchise feel more like an evolving chess match where preparation, scouting, and football knowledge actually matter, while keeping the Film Study quick enough that it doesn’t become a tedious weekly chore.What future madden will allow offline superstar mode?
I’m just one man playing EA sports games for years but EA is killing my interest in sport games. From FC26 ridiculous AI recovery and ultimated speed I can’t even enjoy superstore mode without internet. EA server is always having issues to include the reality of the world’s internet not being perfect. This is just ridiculous and frustrated because I always forget why I stop playing madden until try after again after months. Just trying to play a little ball as the football season begins and my internet (PS5 and hotel WiFi conflict) should not stop me from playing a mode I have been playing offline for years.Return the Player option in Franchise!!!
Dear Madden Development Team, First and foremost I would like to start off by acknowledging all the hard work, PROGRAMMING energy, time, thought, resources and research that goes into each and every Madden series made. I truly appreciate each and every helping hand that touches the game. But....as a true big supporter, fan, gamer of Madden ever since I was gifted my madden game in 99'. The most fun I've had was being able to have the option to play as a player in franchise mode. OMG!!!, I truly fell in love with that option and everything that surrounded it. Being able to jump teams, being paid more or less, not being limited like you are in superstar mode. Example of being limited is the positions allowed to be played, like c'mon man. Then years ago yall decided to take the player option out all together really broke my Madden heart. I tired the coach n owner options but, it's not even close to the option mode. I don't know who's idea this was or if it was a money move by Development, HR, Owner, Shareholders or the Devil to take player option away. Please bring it back either in an update or Madden 27' or even in a DLC if that's the ONLY way I can get it back, but please I beg yall PLEASE!!!! Bring the Player option back in franchise mode. The Madden community and I want and need it back. Again, Thank you for your time, and for all the work you put into the Madden series each year. Dear staff at EA: I am reaching out not just as a voice for myself, but as a voice for all the trophy hunters out here. We are desperately waiting for you to fix these glitched trophies. I have been a Madden supporter for many years. And I've enjoyed going back to college football and I also got back into Battlefield. You guys do make great games, and I've loved supporting your games. But this is getting to the point you are going to lose a chunk of your player base if you do not make these trophies attainable. Your attention to this game...these trophies, will affect not only my decision making on purchasing games in the future, but it will be the same for many others. If you are not willing to fix trophies for this game now, will it be like this in the future for a different game? There are two reasons I play games. 1) fun with my friends and 2) trophies. I strive for both, because I am proud of earning trophies and showing off my platinums. There are many others like me, and we love playing your games, but I am hoping you see our view on this and repair these broken trophies for us. I plead to you, as the voice for many other gamers, please fix these two trophies and make the platinum attainable. Hey all, I create this tread so that everyone can share there creation right here with their name so that we can download teams we like. I'll start my name is Jay-F and i like to create teams that are not in a nfl states marquet. I like to create flamboyant uniforms (I used to create team from players demands in here back in 2014 for NCAA 14). It’s been more than a week since i have been able to play superstar mode this is absolutely insane. I don’t know what you did to screw it up but please fix it. Madden 27 is coming out in a couple of weeks I’m not really feeling the itch at this point to get it if this is how you deal with your problems. Why should i drop the money at this point?
MADDEN 26-27 IMPROVEMENT IDEAS
This is a thread I wanted to start so everyone on here can have their ideas seen and heard by EA_Shepard and other EA Staff while also having a single, organized place to share them. This in turn makes it easier to read and organize these thoughts in order to pass on to dev teams. Please be respectful and feel free to put down anything you would want to see in a coming update or in newer games to come. I'll start by adding these ideas: Downloadable Rosters & Draft Classes from past years for nostalgic Franchises. Customizable Divisions and Schedules like what is found in CFB (Great for Fantasy). Reincluding the option of Coaching Legends for Coach Mode (Also Great for Fantasy). Possibly reinclude custom facial uploads for custom coaches in Coach Mode. Revamped and reincluded Player/Owner Modes. - Ultimately to summarize this: For Owner Mode, I'd like to see Team Builder tied more exclusively to a new version of this where customization of everything from the ground up is key for the most customizable experience ever. For Player Mode, I'd like what little works well within Superstar to be tied to a new, revamped Player Mode, where the storylines and cutscenes are more included here, and less in other modes. This would include being able to choose an existing player within a franchise, and focus exclusively on their career; OR, create a new player and start as you would within Superstar. I'd like to see Team Builder weaved into relocation for all online modes and somehow introduced into offline. Inclusion of holding the L2/LT to Switch Stick to minimize switching by accident, especially while trying to pass rush. Include more cities and teams for Relocation. Cities where franchises already exist like Miami, LA, or Detroit, as well as new ones like Boston, Phoenix, or Birmingham. More Stadium options for Relocation. Reinclude Build a Stadium within Team Builder. I'm talking from scratch...not just editing the field. Reinclude the ability to edit and create more custom uniform combinations. Within the Edit Rosters section of the Creation Center, more flexibility to edit a player's contract, abilities, etc, would be nice. Better Training Camp - Introduce some ability to gain physical STR, SPD, AGI, COD, by introducing some of the game found in Superstar like the 3Cone, Weightlifting, 40YD, etc. - This is where mini-games shine. Make games open for more players to train and have them more focused on gaining skill points and less on XP and Rookie Reps. This is a great way to help maintain the physical ability of Vets, or take your high-level Superstars to the next level. Revamp Weekly Training - Make this less focused on mini-games and tie it more to Practice Mode and gaining XP/Rookie Reps. The way the have Wear & Tear worked into this is nice; Now just optimize it. Optimize Coach Central and Coaching Abilities. - It's a bit to type but my thoughts on this can be found in my "M26 Franchise Feedback thread" thread. I feel that's a pretty good start for now. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone that reads and I look forward to seeing more thoughts and ideas shared here!IR players
why can teams cut and trade Injured players in real life, but in madden injured players are locked on teams? In the main menu edit roster section... Can someone that works for EA? Please explain to me why they lock injured players on teams that's not how it works in real life. In real life, teams are able to trade injured Players in real life teams are able to give players injury settlements and cut them. We should be able to have the option to shut off preexisting injuries. In the regular menu, not just franchise mode.
