Rushing Record Breaker and Passing Record Breaker not working.
EA_Kent i don't if anyone is gonna read this, but the reason these trophies/achievements are not working is because the Yardage tracker in franchise mode stops tracking yardage after reaching about 1,023 yards, effectively preventing the trophies/achievements from unlocking, can you guys maybe try to fix the yardage tracker before abandoning this game? I feel like there is no hope for Madden 26 Franchise Mode and wanted to share how Madden 27 can improve and fix this year's mistakes: Bring back owner mode or at least call it myGM mode and allow us to fire/hire head coaches again. Update the scouting system to be similar to College Football where we have scouting hours and able to actually uncover development traits, ratings, etc.. Ability to override retirements (I'm tired of updating ages, making multiple saves in hopes that someone doesn't retire) and retired players can come back as coaches like Madden 04 This may be me, but can we please have a select all button when starting an offline franchise. I waste so much time every year creating a new coach for each team. Offseason rule/league changes similar to NBA 2K. Allow us to expand the NFL to 40 teams if we want, change divisions, add an extra game, etc.... Can we please get real coordinaters in the NFL. Fix the recap show or scrap it, it felt like it was rushed this year just so people stop asking for it. The biggest thing I'm asking for is more emersion and control. We used to have it and y'all took it away. There's a reason people still yearn for the ole days of Madden 04 and NFL 2K5.
Anybody using Custom Playbooks?
Sup everybody, I'm interested in knowing whether people use custom playbooks? Why or why not? Keep in mind, I'm biased and have a system. Custom playbooks allow me to remove clutter from my offense. Every set in my playbook has 6 plays. No more. No less. I have refused to run shotgun formations since someone told me in a discussion forum that no one could run a viable offense from under center because of nano blitzes. 22 years later, I'm still taking snaps from under center and my record is always above .500. I set 4 audibles, and ideally, never pick them from the playcall screen. I have a binary choice in the playcall screen. I can pick either of the two plays that aren't in my audibles. The computer controls the defense. There is no way that OVR of 25+ difference should run down the higher OVR. OL with 20+ difference should not be man handled at the line of scrimmage.. This occurs multiple times and I’m convinced it is due to computer monitoring and changing the opponent’s defense based on number of times plays are run. Thoughts?
MADDEN 26-27 IMPROVEMENT IDEAS
This is a thread I wanted to start so everyone on here can have their ideas seen and heard by EA_Shepard and other EA Staff while also having a single, organized place to share them. This in turn makes it easier to read and organize these thoughts in order to pass on to dev teams. Please be respectful and feel free to put down anything you would want to see in a coming update or in newer games to come. I'll start by adding these ideas: Downloadable Rosters & Draft Classes from past years for nostalgic Franchises. Customizable Divisions and Schedules like what is found in CFB (Great for Fantasy). Reincluding the option of Coaching Legends for Coach Mode (Also Great for Fantasy). Possibly reinclude custom facial uploads for custom coaches in Coach Mode. Revamped and reincluded Player/Owner Modes. - Ultimately to summarize this: For Owner Mode, I'd like to see Team Builder tied more exclusively to a new version of this where customization of everything from the ground up is key for the most customizable experience ever. For Player Mode, I'd like what little works well within Superstar to be tied to a new, revamped Player Mode, where the storylines and cutscenes are more included here, and less in other modes. This would include being able to choose an existing player within a franchise, and focus exclusively on their career; OR, create a new player and start as you would within Superstar. I'd like to see Team Builder weaved into relocation for all online modes and somehow introduced into offline. Inclusion of holding the L2/LT to Switch Stick to minimize switching by accident, especially while trying to pass rush. Include more cities and teams for Relocation. Cities where franchises already exist like Miami, LA, or Detroit, as well as new ones like Boston, Phoenix, or Birmingham. More Stadium options for Relocation. Reinclude Build a Stadium within Team Builder. I'm talking from scratch...not just editing the field. Reinclude the ability to edit and create more custom uniform combinations. Within the Edit Rosters section of the Creation Center, more flexibility to edit a player's contract, abilities, etc, would be nice. Better Training Camp - Introduce some ability to gain physical STR, SPD, AGI, COD, by introducing some of the game found in Superstar like the 3Cone, Weightlifting, 40YD, etc. - This is where mini-games shine. Make games open for more players to train and have them more focused on gaining skill points and less on XP and Rookie Reps. This is a great way to help maintain the physical ability of Vets, or take your high-level Superstars to the next level. Revamp Weekly Training - Make this less focused on mini-games and tie it more to Practice Mode and gaining XP/Rookie Reps. The way the have Wear & Tear worked into this is nice; Now just optimize it. Optimize Coach Central and Coaching Abilities. - It's a bit to type but my thoughts on this can be found in my "M26 Franchise Feedback thread" thread. I feel that's a pretty good start for now. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone that reads and I look forward to seeing more thoughts and ideas shared here!
MADDEN 26 PS5 H2H error
Hi, I have had the game for 6-8months and have been able to play the head to head feature maybe 3-4 times. It is so bad right now that when you click on the game mode it comes up with an ERROR then connection lost to EA servers etc. I have done the following to trouble shoot Del the game re installed Tried different DNS settings Tried Cable vs wifi Unlinked EA to PS account and re linked Updated passwords hard reset on both MODEM and PS5 I am over it right now as I paid over $100 aud for this product and it does not work!!!
Idle too long flight
Player [removed] glitched out the game after going down to touchdowns find getting picked off after a quick hike so he paused and glitched me out with an idle too long message. I ask that he gets banned for breaking online policy. CM - Names removed from your post as "name and shame" is not allowed.Coach finally shows up consistently during game
Why did it take Madden 26 until late March to get the Bears coach correct. In 98% of my online h2h games my Chicago bears coach was the other teams coach. It took 7 months to get corrected, the entire NFL season I had to play without my correct coach, c'mon EA developers and Madden 26 quality checkers!!Bo Jackson.
Charging a 1000 for a 5 percent chance to get the ltd upgrade is being pretty petty. Played this game or over 3 years and never have seen you charge for a small chance in getting it. All the rest of the times you just add a card or buy the token. I have notice since they have sold the company the management is using stupid tactics to make money. Not good for business. So I guess I wont get the upgrade for my two bos.Player Option in Franchise Mode
Dear Madden NFL Development Team, I’ve been a loyal Madden player for years, and one of the most enjoyable features for me has always been the ability to play Franchise as a single player through “Player Mode.” In Madden 26, I was disappointed to find that Franchise Mode is now coach-only, with no option to lock into a player for an entire career. This change removes a unique and immersive way to experience the game, and it has significantly impacted how much I enjoy playing. I’m respectfully asking that you consider restoring Player Mode as an optional setting in a future update for Madden 26, or at least confirm that it will return in Madden 27. Even if resources are focused on Coach Mode, simply giving players the choice to experience Franchise as a player would make a huge difference. Thank you for your time, and for all the work you put into the Madden series each year.
Madden 26 online head 2 head is Awful
All these other Madden players want to do is run 3-3 double mug all game and Run the same exact offensive scheme all game while chewing the clock and the bad part is the A.I defenders can’t even recognize the same ol formation nor the play. The Receivers run into each other or the db’s will run into to the darn receivers, the refs won’t call pass interference. What’s worse is if the person I’m playing is losing, they will glitch or freeze glitch the game. Madden 26 online head 2 Head is straight dog doo doo water, I consider myself a B minus player I’m not pro level player , I like think I’m decent .EA I really wish you guys would fix online H2H.Don't Buy Madden 26 on PC
I played Madden football for years on consoles and the game had it's ups and downs but it was still fun to play overall. I took a break from madden (about 3 years) because I played MUT (Madden Ultimate Team) and the transactions and lack of activity was getting bad. I had heard it was better this year so i pre ordered the game, but this time on PC because i no longer have any consoles. WOW!! What a mistake! First off you only can have one account, so my kids cant have their own MUT accounts and teams, i would have to buy 3 more copies of the game. Second the auction house is horrific. There aren't a lot of players on PC so getting the cards you need is sometimes almost impossible. EA can fix this with cross auction house or putting cards on the block themselves to make it fair. Also if even though reading this you still want to buy the game, buy it from steam so you can use the steam deck or the app. The game is not fun for me because of those reasons, I guess i Just threw $100 down the drain.Madden 26 Teambuilder show us your build teams!
Hey all, I create this tread so that everyone can share there creation right here with their name so that we can download teams we like. I'll start my name is Jay-F and i like to create teams that are not in a nfl states marquet. I like to create flamboyant uniforms (I used to create team from players demands in here back in 2014 for NCAA 14).
