What if it is showing in our previous purchases and I've been able to play College fine?

You can’t be serious… there are a ton of people that preordered the MVP and cant get into the game because it says we don’t own it. I have played college football 26 for a month now, this would mean the preorder processed because I have college football which is part of the MVP bundle which also included Madden 26.

So let’s move beyond the bs “payment processing” idea and let’s try to get an answer because you guys are making millions and can’t deliver….. year after year, after year, after year.

It's past 1230 pm EST and I have downloaded the game but it still shows I don't own it but i bought it in April. I do have the college part of the bundle.
