Did coaching adjustments get removed.
On Xbox series x and I can no longer pull up coaching adjustments after November title update.

Head to head online.
Ha they fixed it. My game did a restart instead of resume and when I got in the R3 icon was back and coaching adjustments menu comes up.
I have the same issue you had with the adjustments not showing up. I always do a restart and never the quick resume so I’m just lost at this point.
