First I’d like to thank you for responding it has been weeks without any word from anyone representing EA. It’s so frustrating especially this is not the first time something like this has happened. One other thing that happened was at the start of the blitz promo when the game on pc stoped working entirely me and hundreds of others were unable to play the game AT ALL for nearly a month not a word from EA. Then there was an update for the Christmas promo I was able to play again. What did me and the others receive for being unable to play your game THAT I PAID FOR (not just ultimate the game literally wouldn’t launch at all) and missing out on an entire promo, nothing our teams just decayed while everyone else’s got better and I couldn’t finish the season pass I bought because I missed three weeks of dailies and weekly’s. As for EA help it should be rebranded to EA can’t help, because they’ve literally have never been any help at all ever. They do not have the ability to do anything other than maybe send an email to the person that leads their department. 90% of the time EA help will blame you for user error and say they don’t have the power to do anything anyways. I mean do you actually think they help at all for real or do you genuinely not know I will include attachments of the conversation that I had with EA help regarding the issue that I have not been receiving the midfield packs from the team pass that I PURCHASED.
