EA App on PC is such a scam (for Madden)

I brought Madden 26 for my PC a couple of days ago from the epic games store and for some reason after I went into the game for the first time, I couldn't even get in after that and it kept crashing on the loading screen. I can't even find really any solutions other than temporarily disabling ea background services which I shouldn't even have to do in the first place and also when I look for help online, EA offers no service hotline or any useful solutions at all. So when I looked online thru other forums and chatgpt, it kept telling me that it was the anti cheat and other ea background services causing the issue and allowing the game to not open and also on the ea app, it kept telling me that there's an error on their part and nothing else other than that. No clue when it's gonna get fixed or how to possibly fix it myself. Thank god there was a sale on this game for $30 instead of $70 so I'm not as mad but this shouldn't even be happening in the first place.

Someone please let me know how I can fix this and get into my game without crashing or even lagging.
