Re: Game Crashing After Season 8 Update

My game keeps crashing out and my items list/binder is not loading up any of my players. This feels targeted and since I’ve gotten to 99OVR I can’t play H2H because my players play like a 85. My CBs bail big time on thrown balls other players easily blast through my 99 OL. Like to the point where it’s a bit much. And than when the lead is so high and there’s no coming back my team starts working the way it should. Most of the time when I take control of my CB to intercept and /or jump to intercept he’ll drastically run away or just stand there and do no to nothing. One game my X factors and abilities were not even existent. I was trying to throw the ball deep a few times and my qb which is Allen and I also have Montana. They would throw a slow pass as if the were an 80 rating and no extra 15 yards and no faster throw. I’ve recently been having my receivers run away drum the pass that’s new or my qb would snap the ball and just stand there and get sacked. He wouldn’t even draw back. I’ve seen the cpu right in front of me all of a sudden when they were in defense eh back and forth almost like they’re taunting me, than I would throw a pass and instead of going for the ball to intercept the guy would purposely run into my wr running the route and block him from running. Never an interference. This all started when I asked EA for help over a few issues. They weren’t even that crazy the issues.  I didn’t get any help at all for the problems I had but I’ve had crazy problems since.  How do I get my account working again. Has anyone else had these problems.
