HTTP 404 ERROR!!

Http 404 error is hitting madden 24 hard. I can’t get into my EA account on madden 24 and neither can a ton of other people. I’m posting this in the 26 forum because it’s not getting any attention whatsoever or acknowledged. I also tried opening a case here and it never shows up as an open case after submitting it. Nor do I ever receive any email that confirms my case creation.

this error needs attention. I paid money for 24 already and will file for arbitration to the legal team if this isn’t handled promptly. I have others that are interested in doing the same and I’m sure EA doesn’t want to worry about the court costs over lack of customer support.
