Is there anyway to change which EA account is associated with your PS5 ?

My old email that I no longer have access to is my EA account that is associated with my PSN account and they’re asking me to verify my email and I can’t because I don’t have access to it. Is there anyway to change which EA account is associated with my PS5 ? 

I emailed EA yesterday and they still haven’t responded.
