Received email with the beta code. When I used it I was allowed access and the code was accepted but never downloaded the game. Now the code doesn’t work

I put My beta code in but yet no game
Make sure you have EA play. If you dont, you wont be able to download the game.

He is right I went into my EA play app and it allowed me to install the demo

Go to settings,payments and billing,order history....your welcome
You can get it through ea play
