It's hysterical. This is the same issue every single year when this game comes out. EA does not care whatsoever. 

If we're lucky, it'll take hundreds of complaints, messages, posts, and tags to even get some sort of acknowledgement from their joke of a team. Then, MAYBE, it'll get patched ~3-4 months from now. 

The entire company instead would rather point all of its attention to the micro-transaction fest of Ultimate Team.
