This game is so bad. Waste of $75. I’ll be contacting PS5 support for a refund. I’m having issues playing H2H online. I go into Madden 26 it auto logs me into EA soon as I press H2H it kicks me off EA and says connection error. It has done this all day I have asked AI for solutions. I have taken the necessary actions listed below and still cannot play. Deleted Game DataDeleted the game and re downloadedRebooted PSLogged out and in PSNLogged out and In of EAUnlinked from EA and re linkedForgot internet and related inRan connection test that came back as NAT 2Check online subscription which doesn’t end till December 2026 I’ve tried finding solutions on EA site and the BETA is not proving any solutions that work. I have tried Lookin for a EA phone be number. Any ideas on what actions to take to fix this issue. Just bought Madden 26 about 2 months ago and now can’t even enjoy playing the game.

For me when I press H2H I can only “play a friend”. It doesn’t even show the regular “play online”.

I unplug EVERYTHING from my console and that seems to always work for me.It's a pain having to do it at least once a day, but give that a try.

Ive been trying to play Madden online, but every time I attempt to connect, it says that EA servers are unavailable.

I’ve already tried:

Clearing my cache
Resetting my WiFi/router
Restarting my PlayStation
Testing my internet connection

Everything on my end seems to be working fine, but I still can’t connect to the servers. Is anyone else experiencing this issue right now?

Still happening. I’m hoping for an update since it seems to be affecting so many others. That’s all we can do at this point. We’ve tried everything else

It’s actually fixed on my end. I changed some dns settings, but I’m not sure if I fixed it or if EA finally fixed it..
