Connecting to Superstar Mode Server

I have been having trouble playing my superstar mode on my game but able to access other online modes on the game. Reached out to EA Sports and they don’t have an answer for the issue. I have done everything from controller glitch to change connection and even more than what I would normally do. It is very confusing how all other online modes work but my superstar mode isn’t. I don’t know what to do at this point.
