Me as well.. I thought I was the only one… are you on Xbox ?

Summary: While playing a Madden 26 Ultimate Team Game vs CPU.  It has been hit or miss if I am able to finish a game.  Midway through the game, usually in the third or fourth quarter, the game freezes, my screen flickers, then the game completely quits and takes me back to my Xbox dashboard.

Setup: Samsung Odyssey G7 (S28BG702EN) monitor.  Xbox Series X.

Troubleshooted: Restarted console, confirmed no overheating, network stable, no mods or external accessories in use. Issue is repeatable in Madden 26 but not other titles.  Turned off VRR on monitor and Xbox X and the issue still persists.

I’ve been dealing with this same issue in ncaa and madden 26. No matter the game mode. Tried every troubleshooting suggestion and still is happening. My friends don’t have any issue with it, If I get through the 1st quarter it’s a blessing.  Doesn’t seem like ea will fix it I’ve seen it’s been a common thing over the last couple years. 

So for the last week I have been playing Madden's 10-hour trial with EA also have been playing the battlefield beta both games really nice except for the one fact which I made a comment post about this last week and seems like EA does not care because this has been an ongoing theme with EA games for years now in a matter of four Madden games at 6 minute quarters accelerated clock I have been kicked to the dashboard over 20 times two times it completely shut my Xbox off The beta several times last week dashboard it so far today within a matter of an hour and a half to 2 hours of being able to try to play then dashboarded at least six times and before anybody says oh it's probably your Xbox nope I have no issues being dashboard and any other game other than EA games I have tried to redownloading the games and the beta I have reset my internet I've done everything that EA tells you to do and nothing works probably the only thing that would actually work is for EA to fix the issue an issue that I have been complaining to EA for 5 plus years I've even returned Madden 24 because it was completely unplayable Madden 26th looks like it might even be worse than that one earlier today I playing a game I got dashboarded came back to the game while running the very next play dashboarded again went back in four plays later dashboarded again yo EA if you want to actually compete you want my money fix your stuff Don't be like call of duty and just worry about selling stuff 

I have crashed over 50 times, sometimes just bringing me to my Xbox dashboard, and sometimes it will completely turn my Xbox off. This has destroyed my online record, wasted hours of my time, and lost me many rewards. I sat on the phone with Xbox support for over 2 hours today and they basically said it was an EA issue. I do not know what to do anymore and I have spent $100 on this game. Someone please help or EA please help man. My gamertag is vviIlz 

By the way I am on an Xbox series x, I have tried every troubleshooting tip on Xbox support and EA support aswell. Nothing has worked.

They aren't getting my money Im playing the 10 hr trial and they will not get my money it was Madden 24 I purchased had same issue contacted Xbox and was able to get a refund it was unplayable just like this one and it's all EA because same issue with battlefield 6 beta

Nope in fact they deleted my issue ticket so I would have to start a new and I'm having the issue with all EA games no other games just EA and the sad part is EA does not care their customer service is horrible so the good thing I guess for me is I was only doing the trials so I've not spent any money on these games nor will I if EA does not want to do anything to fix their product well I guess I'm all done buying games from them
