Did not receive stars for Sub-Zero Epic Challenges - Zero Chill sequence.

I complated max stars in the Sub-Zero Epic Challenges - Zero Chill - Winter Wins event however I never received them. I have restarted the game as well as the playstation and the strs still have not shown up.  Does anyone have a fix?
