I've been getting this too on PS5. Not sure why. Everytime I try and get into Ultimate Team. Then sometimes I'll get in, got in yesterday but it froze after I completed a challenge so I couldn't return to rewards and stuff.
Getting same for about week now, mine happens on superstar mode for xbox
