Missing packs I bought

I biy packs from the store then it error codes me put of mut, I load back in, go to my unopened packs, and it doesn't show them, they are not there to open for me.

I revive an error, then “An issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact Customer Service if the issue continues to occur”.

This has been goin on for 2 days now! Anyone else have this problem? Points were purchased and added to my account.

I am having the same issue in mut 26. The packs I want to buy are going to expire because I can’t buy any points. What makes it worse is I was banned from the store on December 3, 2025 for coin distribution. I haven’t a clue how to do that nor did I buy or promote doing that. It said I did this on December 4. Banned the day before I was supposed to have done this from a pc which I don’t have. Cant use the auction. They took millions of coins that had saved from buying platinum packs with real money. So the only way I can get players is by using points that I can’t see to buy. At any rate, sorry for long reply. Atleast I’m not the only one.
