(ps5) issue with purchased points not showing up in Madden NFL 26

I made $200 in purchases at the PlayStation store on Friday 27th of February and the points have yet to show up in my Madden NFL 26 account. I've deleted the game, reinstalled and restarted the game many times.  Is there someone I can speak to for resolution. Yes I have the receipts and money withdrawn from my bank account to prove my claim.
