Re: Xbox series X turns off while playing

If I play a challenge online or anything in ultimate team it crashes soon as I pick a play but when I go to  franchise or anything else it work I’m pissed I spend a 100$ on a game early and it’s not playable crazy

    Just found the fix, make sure you don’t have any X factors on and make sure you don’t have any duplicate players in special teams

    Can you not use X factors then or what? This fixed my issue also… but lame if I can’t use X factors
