Sign in error.

I’ve been playing madden/EA games for years now. 
recently for my madden mainly it’s asking me to sign into my EA account which I don’t have a problem with. My problem is that there are two emails that are not linked to my Microsoft account. I had to do all these work arounds to even get help with my situation. 
does anyone know how to remove these weird emails.
