Apologies for the delayed reply on this.
If you're still running into problems getting into the Team Builder, can you share a bit more info so we can pass it along?
- Are you trying to log into the Team Builder on a PC, or are you using a mobile device?
- Roughly when did you first start getting the maintenance message when trying to log in?

Hey Kent, for me it was down on my Mac from December 22nd until December 29th. Monday December 29th at around 4pm pacific it was up and I was able to login and create teams for a few hours until l logged off to go eat and do errands. I tried logging back in about 45 minutes ago at about 2am pacific time and it's back to the "down for maintenance message". I have heard 2-3am Pacific is standard maintenance time so if that's the case that's fine, just want to point out that it was up for me for about 2-3 hours, it might have been up longer on the 29th, but I didn't check until about 4pm. I just checked again now on both my Mac mini and iPad and it's down for both. No matter the time it's down he message in the middle of the screen is the same and says:
"OUR SITE IS CURRENTLY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our maintenance. We will be back online as soon as possible. Please check again in a while."
While the top of the browser tab says "Preparing for Launch". All of this has been on Safari. I've tried it on Firefox as well and same message.
While I checked on the December 22, others have said it was down since the 19th. I don't exactly when I bought Madden 26 but I think it was the week of the 15th of December.
When it was up yesterday, it was working pretty well with only a few hiccups here and there in terms of it being a little slow.
