In order to upgrade from a child to a team account, the account owner must reach the minimum age requirement for the country they reside in as per this page. If you meet the age requirement but the change isn't implemented after going through the process, please contact EA Support and the team there can work with you to resolve this. Please allow time for the request to be processed, it might be worth clearing cache and checking your internet connection to ensure it isn't a connectivity-induced lag. Thanks!
