Voice Chat Toggle

My voice chat works, but when I stream, I don’t hear the other players. And when I looked on my audio settings, I don’t see the voice chat option there at all what do I do? I’ve tried everything that people have asked me and I still can’t see the voice chat toggle on or off tab
