You’re kidding me right?

I just bought Madden 26 for my PS5 this past Friday during Black Friday and it’s already not allowing me to even view anything in Ultimate team. Did I grind to lvl 34 on the pass for nothing? The servers say they are fine, yet it tells me it can’t retrieve my progression information from the servers. I see it is happening to people a lot in superstar mode, especially on PC, but with no results being found. What can I do since EA seems to do nothing?
