10 wins in Zero Chill event, didn’t get Parham

I just got 10 wins in the Zero Chill event but I didn't get the token for Parham. I received the snow, but no token. EA Help told me to start a discussion in the forum. Probably never gonna see Parha...

Literally the exact same thing happened to me. EA customer service is a joke, as long as they got your money they don’t care. I’d be shocked if they decide to do the right thing and give what we earned.
