90+ 93 pack from premium field pass opened and I got nothing.

Has anyone else had this issue? I paid $15 for this pass and was excited to open this pack then it just disappeared with no content. I have not seen any acknowledgment from EA either which is usually a bad sign. When I contact support the refuse to grant me the pack or give me a refund. This feels like a scam,
