95 OVR LS Redux CHRIS STOLL - Question

How do I obtain getting this card :

95 OVR LS Redux CHRIS STOLL

 it seems to be unavailable. Why make a Redux of him if there is no way to purchase him. I know that the 95 OVR Redux Chris Stoll is unavailable on the Auction House because it is a BND item. Standard Redux cards that replace past Limited Edition (LTD) items and can be auctioned but this specific version retains the BND status of its original release. Also, I knew the original card could only be obtained through the "Stoll's Snap Pack" in the Store, which cost 80,000 Coins but I was out of town and no where near madden to get it so i missed it. Being now that a Redux card is available, is there going to be a pack offer in the store SOON to get this with coins like the LTD one but for only 40,000 Coins because all in all, this Redux quicksells for training instead of coins and I am fine with that.

 Is there anyway I can get a Customer Service Grant version of him sent to my gamertag ??
