Auction House Ban

I just bought madden for the first time in 2 years yesterday. Playing ultimate team for the first time in 7 years. After hours of grinding $200-300 spent on PS shop. And selling off the players I pulled for millions (LTD 93 Pat Surtain for 1.2 mil, and a bunch of others) VIA companion app on my iPhone while I was at work. I receive an “Auction House Ban” saying I play on CPU and all of my coins were wiped (like 450-500k that was remaining after starting my NYG team build). Now I can still play the game but this is going to make my life so much harder. Not sure why the ban and how the appeal process works but I quickly submitted one. Could it be that I just traded such a large amount so quick? Is the app not EA regulated? How long will it take to be reinstated? Is this ban permanent? I’m so confused and this is a horrible taste in my mouth after not playing for so long and just spending a decent amount of real $ on EA product. Please advise. If someone from EA can look into this that would be great. I know companies usually leave regular people to rot while they help streamers. Please be different.
