Basically called a liar by EA help. Any help appreciated

Hey all. Yesterday I did a pack for 29,600 candy. Once I bought it booted me to the main store front. My game shows 1 unopened pack, but when I click it it says 0 packs. Any one know how to get that unopened pack to show? EA help really Is no help at all.
