Be aware of Genki Force packs

Recently spent 23k power points on Genki Force Solo Driver Pack which states you will receive 2x 85+ OVR genki Force players, 1x 84 OVR, and 1x Uncommon Gear item. I purchased the pack and when I went to open it the game froze then they kicked me offline saying “the current selected option is not available right now”. I know I beyond a shadow of a doubt purchased the non BND pack because I had around 26k power points and after I bought it I only had 3k left. On top of that before I purchased the solo driver pack (non BND) it said I have 5 packs remaining and after I bought it, it says I have 4 remaining. However they gave me the BND pack instead when I got back online. Complete ripoff and utter scam. I wonder if EA can even do anything to make this right because I spent a lot of time earning those points just for them to give me some BND garbage that I could only sell for less power points than I bought them for.
