Can’t play mut? i keep getting a error that says you don’t have access

The Ultimate Team button is grayed out and keeps saying “You can’t access Ultimate Team at this time” whenever I click it. Restarted console and internet still nothing.

Mine is gray and it was gray when I got on and wanted to play idk what to do

Was playing ultimate team crashed. Now it says access unavailable and it's grayed out and I cannot access ultimate team

I can’t get into my ultimate team! I bought a bunch of packs last night! Then this morning I can’t get into my ultimate team? I tried contacting EA but haven’t heard back and they haven’t fixed this issue? When I scroll up to ultimate team it skips over it? Will not allow curser to access ultimate team? Anyone else having this problem with ps5?
