Can’t play challenges and no rewards from the run

Anyone else not able to play challenges everytime I click on it it just brings me to a field and keeps me there no matter what I do talked to ea support they told me to try turning my Xbox off and back on again &nbsp;also not getting packs or coins from the run&nbsp;

Same not getting the team builder bnd hero after completing the team builders challenge and not getting any coins.&nbsp;
