Can not buy points on PS5 . Spent 2000 points on pass is not showing

Get an unidentified error when trying to buy point i am guessing EA doesn't want my money. Error message on ps5 An unidentified error occured. Try again in a few moments. Then i spent 2000 points on the pass and it wants another 1500. What is going on?

the 2000 points was my fault btw lolz don't mind that but yea cannot buy points in your store or even going outside the game. I can buy currency in MLB 25 The show just did I will spend my money there. Thanks EA
