Can't open anything other than day 1 of the mutmas bundle

I bought $150 worth of mut points and I cant open anything other than day 1 of the mutmas bundle. I've tried restarting the game multiple times as well as restarting my xbox, but still can't open them. It says "locked. This offer opens on 12-14 at 1:30 pm est" its December 20th, 7 pm est as im writing this. If anyone has any idea that can help, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
