Coins removed by EA

Yesterday all my coins were stripped from me. Over 7 million coins. Let me be clear I have never bought or sold coins. I just play to build my team and have fun. I grind out challenges and events. I ...

    It sounds like the reason behind your missing coins and lost access might be related to an account action, as per Madden NFL 26's rules. Unfortunately, we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums because we don't have the necessary tools. 

    If you haven't already, you'll want to create a case by following these steps and the Terms of Service team will take another look at your case with the right tools and records. Once you've created a case, or if you've already done so, feel free to keep an eye on your case status on this page. If it says Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then your case is still under investigation. Please note that response times may vary, so we appreciate your patience in the meantime!
