Collector's Holiday Highlights Bundle issue same cards

I have spent over $300 on three seperate Collectors Holiday Highlights bundle backs current in the select offers section in January, all three have give the same exact 2 cards each time. 

The probability shows a 19% Chance are drawing an LTD out of packs but I have received the exact same two cards every time the 92 OVR pack is opened and have spent over $300 trying to get the LTD Vikings T.J. Hockenson card but keep getting the exact same two non LTD cards every time
