College OT Event: completed wrong set

I completed the event in MUT 26 to get the Calvin Ridley BND 85 ovr player card. I completed it a second time hoping i would get the token and be able to correct my mistake, but it turns out only the 1st completion awards the token. Can someone please help? Or direct me to someone who can help? Please.
