Completed Champions Event 10-0 – Token Redemption Issue

Hi EA team,

I’m posting to report an issue I ran into with the Champions Event reward redemption that I believe may be related to unclear or confusing set structure.

I completed the event by going 10-0 and earned the Champions token as expected. Based on prior Champions events I’ve completed in the past, the token redemption flow appeared consistent, so I followed the same process I had used before.

However, after submitting the token, I realized that there were multiple redemption sets associated with the event, which was not clearly indicated in game and it really just wasn't clear. Because of this, the token was applied in a way that prevented me from receiving the intended Champions player reward, even though the event itself was fully completed.

I’ve already contacted EA Help and provided screenshots confirming that I completed the event and earned the token. The agent reviewed the proof, attached it to my case, and advised me to post here as this may be a known issue related to reward redemption clarity.

I understand there are limits to manual item changes, but I wanted to report this in case it’s affecting other players or if there is a backend fix or workaround when an event is completed legitimately but the reward cannot be redeemed due to unclear set behavior.
