CPU event missing rewards

I completed the cpu event and I haven’t received the player pack.

The Visa BYOT CPU Draft event is extremely laggy for me, to the point where it’s unplayable. The H2H Online Draft works fine it’s just the CPU one for whatever reason. Anyone else with this issue?

96-98 BND Flashbacks Champion Fantasy Pack is Missing Players
The pack contains all champions except for Jerome Baker, Kaden Elliss, Orlando Brown Jr, and Montee Ball. There is no reason for these players to be missing from the pack, as none of them are LTDS.

Sugar Rush Event Not Granting Rewards
I just played and won 10 sugar rush cpu events, as the reward was supposed to be Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Upon finishing the event all it gives me is carrots. (cm edit - updated title for vis)...
