CUT 26 To MUT 26 Crossover reward

Hi everyone,Im having an issue with the season 1 XP CUT 26&nbsp; MUT 26 crossover set reward in Madden 26. The reward has not appeared in my account even after following all trouble shooting&nbsp; steps suggested by EA support including: logging in and out of Madden 26 and college football 26CUT, completing a challenge in CUT,restarting both games and verifying my EA account connections. &nbsp;Season 1 of MUT is almost over, and I haven’t received the reward or any compensation yet, which makes this even more frustrating .I’m sharing this to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and to ask if EA can provide either the reward once the issue is fixed or some form of MUT packs/XP as compensation for the inconvenience and lost time.&nbsp;Any advice or updates would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same here. i've been trying to get &nbsp;the crossover reward by playing challenges on CUT26 and then i open the MUT26 but the reward has not appeared.&nbsp;I also have a &nbsp;problem with the EA play monthly rewards, I still haven't received them.&nbsp;

Yup having the same issue with that. Also having issues with Twitch drops. No issues last year at all, now all of a sudden nothing coming through. It’s annoying&nbsp;
