Defensive Penalty "Freeze Glitch"

Why is it not a thing where players find an exploit in the game. We expose this exploit but nothing is done about it. Guys will be about to loose a game in MUT wait til they get on defence take the penalty and the freeze the game. I had a guy literally tell me that he was going to do it and did it. Why is there not a patch or a in game workaround for the person who is about to win the game. But let it be something that cost EA money and you guys are all over it. I never write on these things because I think its point less but this is one of the most frustrating things in the game. Or should I say allowed to be " IN THE GAME"
